We require a credit card to secure your appointment and ensure that we can reserve time for you. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within the designated time frame.

Yes, you can request a specific esthetician when booking your Skin House facial. Simply mention your preferred esthetician in the notes section of your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the cancellation policy at Skin House?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation and late fees for less than 24 hours notice are 25% of the price of the services booked for SkinHouse members and 50% of the price of services booked for non-members.

How do I cancel my Skin House appointment?

What is the late policy at Skin House?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your Skin House facial, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure other clients are not delayed. In this case, a late fee may apply.
